The company has passed the attestation to ISO9001:2000 of international quality control system. The company has set up systemic quality control documents, operating rules, inspection specifications. Comprehensive quality control is carried out on main facilities, main production processes, raw materials inspection, finished products and semi-finished products inspection.
The quality control section is independently responsible for quality management, quality inspection and quality control under the direct leadership of company management. The employees who are in charge of quality inspection, and quality management are assigned in every section and the front producing position so as to carry on supervision to the product quality control, management system in every aspect and in whole process. Then the quality control system could be assured to be operated effectively and improved continually.
The company has established inspection laboratory which is furnished with advanced testing facilities to assure the product quality. At the same time, the company has prepared reasonable and standardized working procedure specification. Raw material is strictly inspected and an only high quality material is used. Series of effective measures has been being taken to ensure that unacceptable raw material will not be used for production; unaccepted semi-finished product will not be passed to the next procedure; unaccepted finished product will not be packed or enter storage, and will not be delivered.
The company has strictly followed the requirements of concerning quality control system in products design, manufacture, and service. Comprehensive quality management, QC teamwork and 6S are carried out. Procurement control, manufacture (production) process control, inspection and test, and etc. quality assurance measures have been specially strengthened. The continuous operation of quality control system is ensured by three levels of supervision mechanism: internal quality control system review, management system review, and third-party review. Quality objective has been set and corresponding measures has been taken to ensure achieve the objective.
